Alloy Fabricators is located 40 miles south of Cleveland, just 2 miles from I-71,in Lodi, Ohio.
We offer services to walk-in customers who may need a small piece of steel, to our long established accounts, with over 500 individual parts.
No job is too small; from production runs to one piece prototyping.

About Us

Layout and Unfolding:

Our engineering dept. utilizes the
latest Amada programming software,
(AP100US) to unfold drawings, and
create accurate part layout for CNC punching.
The part is gridded onto the most efficient sheet size , sequenced for optimum table travel,and machine code is then generated.

Stocked Material:

Carbon Steel Sheet:
7 gage thru 22 gage; Cold Rolled and Pickled & Oiled

Galvanneal and Galvanized sheet:
18 and 20 gage

Stainless Steel Sheet:
11 gage thru 22 gage; #3 vinyl coated, and 2B finish available

Aluminum Sheet:
.032 thru .188 thickness; (standard grades in stock)
