Our experienced team at Alloy Fabricators produces high quality parts and components with CNC machining and related equipment, including a lathe and Bridgeport mill.

With outstanding CAD/CAM engineering, we’re able to meet a wide range of production needs from small to large capacities – typically within two to three weeks.

Featuring a 16″ x 40″ work envelope, our computer-controlled machining centers allow us to create simple and complex geometries with minimal setup. For example, machining techniques can have close tolerances, and you can fabricate components from materials such as aluminum, steel, and plastics.

Our latest equipment for custom needs, complex shapes and intricate parts includes:

We handle a wide variety of CNC machining processes – everything from parting/cutting to facing. Here is a closer look at a few:

MILLING:

Cutting and drilling materials at a variety of angles and along optional axes.

TAPPING:

Threading holes at a preferred pitch to accommodate a cap screw or bolt.

COUNTERBORING:

Making cavities to match the thickness of fastener heads (drills for the diameter and the cavity).

COUNTERSINKING:

Creating a recess close to a hole surface (for a flat head screw).

POCKETING:

Routing part of the material to a specific depth to help with overall processing time and to improve productivity.

PROFILING:

Precision processing that supports fixed angles.

REAMING:

Ideal for high surface finishes, reamers help achieve a target tolerance.

SPLINE:

Interpolating small sections with speed in mind and so the process happens smoothly.

PROTOTYPING SERVICES

Our customers often request that we develop prototypes for them while we focus on getting the right results. With customers’ ideas and insights, our engineers work to ensure the part matches specific manufacturing requirements.

Contact Us and we will develop an innovative and cost-effective CNC machining solution for your next project.
